Staff too soft to control noise at night (one day, a very noisy guest was banging a door until 3 AM and staff did not control the situation).

VERY VERY Clean, well kept and the staff was wonderful, always willing to help. Then even helped me change my train ticket (they called the help line for me and everything)

It was a bit far from all of the attractions but close to the metro so it didnt really matter

Probably the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed. The room has individual locker where you could store your expensive stuff (not large enough to put and entire backpack/suitcase though). The Bathroom, too, was very clean, modern and tidy. The nearest metro line connects directly to the Paris Nord station (get off at La Chapell and its interconnected to Paris Nord) so it was handy for me to travel with trains. Would stay again if Im visiting Paris again!

Clientele: comfortable with fellow guests. Staff usually at desk but desk was open late for our convenience. Breakfast area and food was sufficient for a hostel. Bathroom was good: updated and clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Loft since i had paid very little for it. A fun, welcoming atmosphere and a great location near the metro means I will most likely be returning to Paris and staying there as soon as i can!

there were two rooms for an 8 people dorm i booked, so quite nice because enough space. great neighbourhood!

Whole night check-in, staff is good and frendly and the best positive detail is fantastic clean rooms, also good beds, good breakfast, nice and clean bathroom.

The room was tidy and adequate enough. Close enough to a Metro station.

One staff member in particular was VERY rude - for example: when we asked if our room was ready she continued to talk to another staff member for about ten minutes while we stood there and waited for her to bother to reply. The Loft is not in the best area in terms of nice restaurants or the like.

belleville,chinese food.

everything else. too small, 109€ for a twin room is expensive ,the beds were military style barracks, just simply horrible. we stayed in the bercy suite near batofar and we paid 100 for a 3 bed room, with tv etc, nice big room and FANTASTIC.
