Our 2 night stay was an anniversary so wanted it to be extra special, hotel manager & her staff were nothing short of superb, 10/10 for everything, they couldnt do enough to help and made the trip truly memorable and personal to us. The location is second to none aswell with metro/RER within a minutes walk + grocery store & local cafes on the corner of same street. Would be back in a shot, thankyou again for such a superb stay.
all reviews » Warm staff, good facility and good location. You got everything you want from a 4 star hotel. You go out the hotel, turn left, 20 m there's a grocer's you can get everything you want; 50 m there's the metro station. Behind the hotel there's a Viennoiserie you can find delicious CROISSANT and even lunch box. Very friendly and professional staff. The rooms were very modern and nice. Very comfortable bed and nice modern bathrooms. The breakfast was just ok a bit expensive for what it was. If you don't have early breakfast there is no more fruit salad. Overall it's a great hotel with wonderful friendly staff. The room was just perfect, relatively spacious, everything was there and all was meant to be comfortable. WIFI worked perfectly and it was free, staff was helpful and friendly. The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very clean with a really nice design throughout. It is in a nice quiet area. The metro is very close. rooms were good size for Paris, with nice amenities and very clean; staff was very attentive and helpful. Location near all mean of transportations, metro, train (RER), bus. Up to now I don't know why when we were sleeping one night, someone used his key to enter our room and said maybe it's the wrong room, not his room!. Nothing. The area is a bit out of the way from everything, but there is a metro stop on the same street. did not receive the Privilege room I booked the first night due to overbooking of hotel - was given gratis breakfast in lieu, but didn't really want breakfast - moved to correct room category the 2nd night - handled well by front desk staff, but inconvenient nonetheless. toilets and bathrooms. a bit far from center but nice neighborhood. Rooms a bit small but very modern & comfortable. For France the dimension of the room was ok, the same of the others hotels. Standard room 705 was quite tight for two persons. It is supposed to be reserved for a single person. Bathroom design. there is not any refrigrator in the room. breakfast area was very tiny. We were on the 1st floor so did not have a view of the river as promised. Air condition did not have an option to lower the temperature in the room, when opened the window had smell of fried fish for a day and a half, so had to be in hot smelly room for 3 days. Notified the frontdesk, no one did anything.
