Well I was redirected to hotel Balladins on Rue de crimee...the stay was OK. Very close to the Metro, Visa ATM and various eateries (with english suplemented menus). Baggage storage was available both before and after our stay. Staff were very helpful and their english was very good.Verry Friendly saff, en verrry helpfull. Hotel is open 24/7. kind and helpfull staff, close to metro station,new towels and clean room - everyday,when checked out they put our luggage in locked room until went home (6pm).

Access to internet. it was a good hotel but was in no way as central as the Meridonial. So it was quite inconvenient to travel the distance everyday. The shower was hand held only, did not have a hanging point. There also wasn't a plug in the bath - however I think if we'd asked we would have been provided one. thin walls. The bed made a lot of noise if you tried to had sex, so the whole hotel could hear it. Perhaps they can have a "to go" breakfast. It will be a lot cheaper than the regular fare. If they have it, I did not notice any information anywhere prominent in my room. Some equipment is old... Rooms are anough small. not enough power-points in the room, bathroom not serviced properly, noise from other rooms heard especially when in bathroom. I thought the price of the breakfast was too high, which made us decide to find breakfast elsewhere. Pay attention, between 8-10am you cannot take the closest subway because too crowdy of workers, every day for 2 weeks. The room was small for a hotel room but big enough for luggage a huge comfy bed (with an old mattress - some wouldn't consider that comfy) - shower had mold everywhere - quite icky, green and black bits everywhere. But no animals so that's a plus. and it was quite ok. since we only used the hotel for the stay but were outside in Paris the rest of the time. Don't expect much and you'll be just fine. - not working remote control for TV, but who goes to Paris to watch TV? Lack of free wireless internet - however clearly indicated during reservation. 1 of the guys that worked there was really un friendly and very unhelpful when were going through a crisis. His girlfriend was there all the time sitting at the computer or out smoking. He really didn't seem to care about his job. everybody else was lovely. A bit run down and shabby.The rooms were too small. Please understand this - some people like to shower every day! Yet the cleaning lady did everything so that we would not. She wouldn't give us towels or bath gel. Plus the bathtub does not have a curtain, and the bathroom would always end up soaked. Please install one. Furthermore, the sink was clogged and would not drain. And a creepy note: there were stains that looked like blood on the bed..The rooms were small but for what we paid it was reasonable and expected. One huge problem for us was the area, it was really rough and dirty, gangs on street corners, people sleeping rough, going back to the hotel we felt very unsafe! However nothing happened, and the hotel is only a 30 second walk from the tube. The bathroom is super small, no airconditioned!!!. The shower and WC is in very small space. Bathrooms are too small in the single room, when you want to use the toilet you can not fit in if you close the door. The walls were too thin, you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms.lack of air conditioning. Room wasn't prepared (no towels!). the room was near the lift and was a bit noisy. We had problems with booking, they didn't have room for us so we had tospend one night in different hotel. They didn't even apologize for it.Bathroom was very small and a bit dirty. It was not a good value for the money.I requested a taxi to be booked for the following morning the night before I flew out, no taxi was booked and the reception staff was quite unfriendly. the taxi ended up costing €135 to the airport as there was no time to get a shuttle bus. the staff advuised that i was not the only person going to the airport and did not offer to contribute to the cost of the taxi or discount the cost of the hotel. There where some kind of insects in the beds, so we woke up with all theskin red and inchy, also a person at the hotel told me that he was goingto call the police on me if I didn´t pay him that night but my check outwas until two days later. Also the shower at the hotel is in very badconditions and very small. I would never recomend this hotel to anybody.the picture is not realiable as well as the the room is not same with the booking contract. Moreover the staffs there also not friendly. The Staff was smofing at thwe reception !! The bedroom was durty so asthe bathroom. The bed itself was old and crack the all night.The cleaness of the hotel (very dirty), staff not so nice,.

From Orly and Roissy airports:
- Take the RER B line, get off at Gare du Nord and change to the metro.
