very central, modern clean rooms. We were given a whole floor of the hotel which was very nice andconsiderate of the staff. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms weregreat, considering the price. The staff were very helpful, helped uswith our french and provided us with a map and directions.Very nice staff, very clean, great hotel. Bath and bedroom is clean.

It had almost all someone would expect from a 3-star hotel. The hotel is newly renovated, everything is new and clean. Rooms are not too small (as most in Paris hotels are, as I've heard), they are comfortable.Newly renovated and spacious room, especially the bathroom which was huge by Europe standards. having a hot bath.good enought hotel. That it was close to shops, metro and stade de france.Clean newly renovated rooms. The better thing is its location.. near Pigalle and underground stop. Our room smelt strongly of smoke and this did not change throughout thestay of 3 nights. thin walls. A little bit noisy due to street traffic. As most boutique hotels in Paris thin walls with absolut no sound isolation. So quietness depends on your neighbours.internet connection, i was told there is wireless and we got the code from the reciption to use my labtop, but it was not possible, there was no notice of "do 'nt disturb"to hang on the door because the cleaning staff were knocking everytime at the door, and i missed very much an electric water cooker for a cup of tea or coffee in the morning;-( but otherwise the hotel was very clean, good... there was rarely a person in the reception desk (you should go to the hotel next to Majestic for any help). the stair was too narrow. the door for the shower was broken.This hotel and Mircific Opera are one and the same hotel in two buildings - this is newly renovated and that is why it's more expensive. The bedsheet was stained when we checked in and they didn't change it during the 3 nights we stayed there. Requested for a double bed but ended up with 2 twin beds combined instead.No wifi. didnt like the bed the we booked a king size bed, we got 2 single beds put together it was very uncomfortable becouse we kept getting a big gap in the middle we ended up sleeping on separate beds.Air Condition does not work well. The bed sheets were not fresh nor the pillow cases. No coffee during the day. The place feels deserted. Breakfast room is the basement without windows. Hotel is two stars, but the freshness of the actual room is three.The staff was unfriendly and pretty absent..The wireless connection was broken for all our staying.
