The location was good, the area was charming and I particularly liked the street with its authentic fish seller, bars, good quality restaurants, supermarket and proximity to transport. The ambience of the hotel was very relaxed and liked the sound of the waterfall in the courtyard. The bar was a nice place to relax in and have breakfast. The rooms were comfortable nicely decorated and clean.

I would reccomend to have tea/coffee facility in the room as there is none at the moment and it would not be an expensive addition.room was too hot. room a bit hot, can be noisy in the early morning (binmen, delivery) so maybe ask for rooms overlooking courtyard rather than Rue Delambre. breakfast not included in the price (we already knew, but still, with 110 euros per night at least a coffee could be offered). It wasn't in the area I thought it was. I expected Montmarte (SacreCouer), but this is Montparsse. It's not the atmosphere I was hopingfor, but it was nice. The parking garage was very tight.Room was small. lack of tea making facilities in room, small room, surrounding area. The price of breakfast (17.5 €) is too high. Try instead a "plateaupetit déjeuner" at brasserie "la Coupole" 3 mins away (walking) for 9.5€. Excellent. The horrifying noise in the street all night long; we didn't manage to sleep at all. There seems to be a bottle recycling point next to the hotel or something similar.For a small street it was surprisingly noisy. Vastly over priced.Very noisy street if the window is open. Shower really too small for a standard room.You can not sit strait on the bowl. the room is too small, the noise collecting garbages in the morning is terrible.
