Enormous room, great location, clean, comfy, just what we wanted, at a great rate.
The hotel's staff was very kind, well informed about routing towards monuments and shopping.Rooms are clean, with large bathroom and very quite.
Clean, safe, very convenient location right across from Metro line 6 which serves most the famous points of interest in Paris. Comfortable bed. Wonderful service (all were happy to bring us little bowl of ice cubes when desired)! Non-smoking hotel was a relief. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always had hot water and good water pressure. The elevator was nice to have. Should be upgraded 3 stars!
The reception was very accommodating. Fixtures were excellent. New elevator unit.

Very friendly hotel in a nice area with many good restaurants and bars around. Real value for money. Underground (metro) is just a few steps away. Hotel has a parking garage across the street for 10 euro a day. The hotel staff were very kind and polite. Our room was small but cozy and warm; overlooking the Eiffel tower. The hotel completlymatched our expectation. To us this is quality.
The room was clean and comfortable, and was great value for money. Staff were also extremely courteous and helpful.
The walls were a little thin and it tended to be a bit noisy when occupants next door came back to their rooms late. I could also hear the occupant of the room above me moving around.
I really enjoyed the neighborhood and the willingness of the staff to help us even though we were limited with our use of the French language - they helped us greatly.

We had a family room with 3 beds. Our kids had their own beds, which alleviated a lot of headaches. The bathroom was large and well finished with ceramic tiles and a pedestal sink. The location has a safe and authentic "Parisienne" feel to it, with numerous cafes, restaurants, and take-away stands nearby. The "Pasteur" subway station is less than a minute walk from the hotel.
If you want to stay in the heart of the tourist hustle and bustle then this is not the place for you. Everything is just a short subway or bus ride away. The shower/bath was set back in an alcove but it did not have a shower curtain or shower doors, so it was quite difficult to have a shower without soaking the floor.

due to renovation on the facade the balconies where scafolded and covered completely. Would have complained if I was not staying for a few days. Should have been told beforehand.
The concierge staff was absolutely excellent.
The location was a little bit far to walk to the major attractions, but it was immediately on the metro line.

The location was excellent. It was right across the road from the Metro (Pastuer) which has direnct links with to the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee. Unfortunately we were only staying one night but we would definitely stay there again.

The staff were so willing to offer help and advice. The rooms were adequate, bathroom small but clean. Was a great hotel for location and was a good base in Paris.

I like almost everything from the hotel. I'm surprised that this is the quality for 2 stars hotel. They provide fresh towel and toiletries everyday and the cleanliness is superb too. The location is very convenient; right in front of Metro Pasteur. And the day-time receptionist, Jean Pierre, was a very friendly and helpful chap. I highly recommend this place.
The wall or door was quite thing. For light sleeper, it may not be very good as you tend to hear footsteps at the walkway or the opening and closing of doors of the neighbours. But it was alright for me. Nothing too loud.
