The room was very clean and the bed felt like sleeping on clouds. :). easy access to the metro lines in Paris. Clean and quiet. Fair prices, and you gonna feel comfortable in general when staying in the hotel. Fits the need, since you will only spent a little time in the hotel while you are in Paris :). Friendly staff. Good for budget hotel. Close to Careful and there have a big flee markets in front of the hotel in the weekend.
all reviews » close to the event that I attended. one subway line to Eiffel Tower. Room was fine basic but ok. Stayed for Two days and found the below problems: 1. Room heater was not working and there was not action on complaint. 2. Towels were stinking and were only two to a couple. 3. Room size was very small and tv is not similar as shown in image. 4. long walk from Metro station and slum area in front of Hotel. 5. This list goes on.... The hotel is very close to the Porte de Montreouille subway station. Nothing. We couldn`t open the windows and the air wasn`t fresh. On our arrival, the staff wasn`t so friendly but the elderly guy on our last day was very charmant. Very noisy neibohood. Very small rooms, but fit the need if you are looking for a relatively fair to medium-budget hotels. The cleanliness is medium. and don't forget to bring your own shampoo and other bathing stuff with you :) the closet metro station is about 7 minutes (walking) far away from the hotel, therefore in case of raining, don't forget to bring the umbrella. We need to wait for a while every morning to get in the elevator cos' it's alway full. There are 4 to 5 elevator on service but it seem like the program were set to operate one by one at a time. the key cards didn't work some times.I had a friend on lower floor in the Budget part I could not access that floor with my key as I was on the 9th floor. room is very small. terrible service, they canceled my reservation by letsbookhotel.com, they gave us a room with three beds and not as it was booked with one big, rude receptionists, room quite different than the photo-clerk said that the photos are fake ... That, despite saying no money would be taken from my card, a pre- authorisation of e76 is still there... I'd like it removed please. Reception staff never smile; seemed like they'd rather be somewhere else. Helpful but looking blankly on hotel clients. Long walk, half a huge roundabout, to get to metro station. dirty toilet. There was a strong bad smell coming from the shower everytime. The room was really small with no space for the luggages. Being two in that room was very hard. There are a lot of homeless people in the area, you don't feel really safe. The decor was horrible and dated what made the place looked dirty. This hotel should shut down for refurbishment . I fell like I was on a boat .. And not a good one. The area is dirty and massively populated with a horrible market just in front of the hotel. Staff needs training and manners. Horrendous experience in general...never again.
