The hotel was excellent- exactly what was needed for a short break in Paris. And the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Stayed here several times. Very well situated for tourists and always well run.The view from the Seventh Floor and close to the Metro station. It had a great location by the metro in an attractive leafy area, the building looked impressive, the interior was funky and stylish, the room had restful pastel decor and was modern and a decent size for Paris. The location is fantastic: the subway station, the street, the cafés, the view, the pastries shops, everything was just like the Paris I've dreamed about.Good sized rooms and excellent bathroom. It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities either in a common area of the hotel or the rooms.It was very hot and the hotel didn't have air conditioing or fans so the nights were a bit uncomfortable. Stairs, elevator. My children's room was a triple, very cramped, unreliable heating and fridge and a lot more expensive than the double. Front office staff are rude and not very helpful.The room was very small and did not reflect the pictures shown. We were given a twin despite booking a double room. Lift not working for one day (our room was in 4st floor). Room was very small. Access to Internet did not work, phone did not work properly. They also reserve a taxi for me to go the Airport Early Sunday morning and it never showed up, had to have them phone another. Noisy and not very clean. one of the reception staff told us to book the shuttle bus through him only and it was 45 euro, but when my wife asked a lady on the counter she said anyone could book it for us and it was only 36 Euro (make your own mind up). Room too small for two people. Room next to Lift and I was woken up during the night by a noise. This was the laundry being taken down via the lift which was outside our door.Everything!.
