What people say
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and cleaned every day. The hotel is in a great location, positioned off a main road, so it was very quiet. A metro station is just around the corner for easy access to anywhere in the city. Would definitely recommend, and we would be happy to stay there again on our return to Paris.
Thanks.
comfortable bed and clean. great location to blend in with the Parisians. very close to subway station. room has a small refrigerator and a 5 minutes walk will take you to the grocery store. hotel has no elevator and lots of stairs. great exercise. ask and the staff will carry your luggage to your room with a big smile.all reviews »
Friendly staff and helpful, clean room, bathroom, bedsheets, we had a
great time in our room facing the street and enjoyed the stairs! Also it
is so nice, there is electric kettle, tea and coffee in the room
available. It is a perfect localization for visiting Paris and so close
to metro and shops around!.
Location was good so it was hotel staff. Hotel is placed in very safe area. We came there about midnight and it was all good. There is also a machine to boil water so you can easily make tea or coffe. I recommend this hotel to everyone while staying in Paris.
Family owned hotel, very friendly. Made us feel right at home. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to a metro station.
Service was exelent! Clean room, Near the metro with great location, high value for money, supermarket near by.
The staff is nice and helpful. The location is good which is really near to the metro station.

Price; Close to a metro station.
Quaint, close to attractions.
Great staff and location.
A good location.
1)Location:The hotel is close to the metro station Place de Clichy. There are bars, supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants (both fast foods and real restaurants) and souvenir shops at walking distance. It is not a problem to get breakfast.
2)Staff: very friendly and easygoing, including the dog Eco.
3)Service: the room was cleaned and looking good every day.
Very close to Moulin Rouge and nice area.
The people working at the hotel seemed friendly and caring
Free WiFi that worked.
The room was clean, the staff friendly. Eco-the dog was the most charming experience in this hotel.
We stayed for 2 days. The staff is friendly and the room is quite comfortable.
Availability of staff
Convenient location.
Nice location.
nothing really special about this hotel, despite it low cost.
Clean Good area... Easy commute to the centre of Paris.
The location was good , 2 mins walk to train.
Proximity to a metro station.
friendly staffs.
Nothing !!!!.
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel.
the javel/bleach smell on the towel........and the squeaking door from the next hotel room. ask and the staff will fix it though.
Wifi didnt work all the time. Signal was weak. Some elements in room are a bit old (wardrobe, table). No breakfast.
Our room was on the 5th floor and they don't have a lift, the guys at reception were more than willing to help with the luggage so not too bad.
No elevator.
No lift.
avoid room 27 (=
as small as a bird cage.
the internet was very hit and miss more miss.
No elevator.
no elevator.
weak wifi signal in room.
No meal facilities (breakfast) but good supermarket close by; No lift which is tough when you're on the 5th floor....
Stated Internet available, found out after check in it was available only in lobby 4 floors down. Also never was asked to help with luggage to room 4 floors up.
No lift or air conditioning.
We lived in a six floor without lif.
wifi slow on 3rd floor.
1)Unfortunately there is no elevator.
2)My room was noisy: noise came from the road and from the other rooms.
3)Bathroom was small. Smaller than what you are thinking. It was almost difficult to use it because of the lack of space.
No ventilation in the bathroom. Renovation could help the hotel look cleaner and tidier.
The room was too small for four of us and it was really noisy at night (our window looked at the street).
There is no lift, so we have to use the stairs which are quite narrow.
Carrying bags up spiral stairs
Broken TV
Broken Toilet seat
Tiny shower/bath.
Like all hotel in central area of Paris. Small room, not so clean,no
elevator,tight stairs......but Paris is Paris....
No common bathroom.
theres not lift in this hotel, so people who stay in this hotel needs to carry their luggage up to level 5.
The hotel was "shabby un-chick". The staff friendly but
unprofessional to the point of accusing us of making a lot of noise at
night and having no record of us having paid for the first night
already! Poor price/quality ratio. I don't think I will be
staying there again...!.
No lift available, got room on forth floor it was pain in a.. To go up.also only one person at reception could speak english.
The room we got had no bathroom. Which was fine since I expected some
type of shared bathroom was down the hallway... Like many other hotels
in Europe.. Not here. I got the room for 3 days and they told me there
was nothing as far as a bath facility where I can take a shower. What
kind of hotel room has no way for people to take a shower ? why ? who
goes to paris for one day and don't need to take a shower ?.
small room.
The hotel looks more like a student accommodation, I must admit I
didn't feel too comfortable leaving my belongings in the room. To
be fair I have seen much better accommodation in Paris for the money I
have spent. I won't recommend it to my friends but it's a
decent accommodation if you are in a hurry to book one night in Paris
(as we were).
I am disappointed in this hotel. The staff is unkind and they was arguing in front of guests. In the hotel lobby is the dog and everything stinks of it. The rooms are in advanced state of decomposition and we saw a mouse in the room. I hereby warned you that I do not recommend this hotel.
