Location, ease of check-in and check-out, comfortable beds, good sized room and bathroom. It was close to the Metro and centre of town. Ability to leave case on arrival before booking in. LOcation close to Station. It was reasonably priced for Paris and very close to Metro, Gare du Nord, Gare du Est.I didn't find something positive in this hotel except from the central heating.
