This is my second time at this hotel. I will also book my next trip at
this hotel. The location is perfect. There is no elevator, but lots of
charm. There are no elevators in other buildings as well, unless you go
luxury. This is a typically Parisienne hotel that is perfectly located.
Staff is amazing & very helpful.
Ideal location to explore Paris, close to Notre Dam. Well served by bus
and Metro. Value for money. They kept my bag until I did my last Paris
tour after check out. This is in LAtin Quarter and one can't expect
luxury for this price.all reviews »
This hotel was really charming. And the location was superb. If you are not looking for comfort but rather soulfullness and the beauty of originality, this is the right place for you.
Location: excellent - other hotels in this are 3 times the price. Manager (Daniel) very helpful and accommodating. Free Wi-Fi available and essential these days. No need for TV!.
There was unexpected occasion, there was a battery explosion.
The manager was very kind to reserve room for me in another hotel before I'v arrived, in close location.
Convenient to walk to many travelling place. Close to train station. Feel safe.
great location and very friendly staff.
positioned in the heart of the city.
Location excellent, staff friendly.
Fantastic location.
Location, staf .
Great location for seeing the tourist sites of Paris, local shops eg bakeries, restaurants, clubs.
Cheap compared to other accomodation.
Hotel is centrally located in Latin quarter, very close to the place I needed to be. Staff was very friendly & nice.
The location was great for a single girl traveling alone. Just next to all the bars and shops.
Location of the hotel and beautiful views of Paris streets from the a window of my room.
Location.
The only good thing about this hotel was it's location and that it had bathroom inside the room.
That is situated in the arts/cultural area.
Clean towels every day.
Location in the heart of the district.
The location was excellent.
The location is perfect.

Staff tried to make up for the very poor condition of the hotel.
Nothing.
Street cleaners at 6:15 am which is not their fault. The streets are
kept immaculate at the cost of being woken up early. An incentive for
getting ready to for coffee & tours early.
The reception was closed until 10am so had to wait to get my bag stored.
The standard of our room was almost too poor. Not even a hook to hang our clothes on. But still, we loved it!.
Room was very clean and exactly what I expected. The building in general needs cosmetic work doing as many first time travellers that don't know Paris will be a bit taken aback.
Although the hotel I was sent, was in the same price and nice room, the thing that was ridiculous to me is the must to pay 3 euros in addition to have a shower..
also there was a WiFi only in the reception. it was Hotel Studia.
No lift facilities.
No shower.
No lift. No security. Noise from street and from other rooms i.e. sound proofing. Not for any one with big cases. A window with a grill over it does not a balcony make. WIFI very sporadic to non existent.
You don't get wifi in 5th floor & as said if you are looking at budget stay then this is good.
The area is extremely noisy at weekends.
Noise in the neighbouring cafe at nights, narrow and steep upstairs, absence of staff at early morning.
It is very small and noisy which we knew before. But did not expect so noisy - not the problem of the hotel of course. One night we could not sleep, first half because of the noise from the parties downstairs bar/restaurant; second half because of the early street cleaning vehicles.
Wifi was not available in the room... Had to go down a few floors and sit on the step to get reception...
It's a very old building, the room was terribly decorated.
No refrigerator, no microwave, no air conditioning, no linens changed, limited English personnel, noisy from street performers beneath my room, no elevator. The place is a dive.
the room was a bit tired.
The room was humid. Very very small, very old but not in a nice way. Paint and stucco peeling off the walls. Typical steep walk up to rooms. Be prepared for stairs! Furniture is sparse and shoddy. You are greeted by a urinal In the tiny front entrance. They should charge by the hour. Not for anyone with any class.
The room was very small and very noisy. There was mold on the walls and
at the price we paid we expected more. The revue on the website also
mentioned a tv in the room and there was none. It was definitely not
value for money.
The price, the thin walls, no breakfast, no tv.
Staff Communication.
Wifi (couldnt connect inside room).
Stairs (no elevator) stayed at 6th floor.
Room Size (only place for beds).
Total dissappointment I would never expect letsbookhotel.com to include such a
place to its hotel list for a bussiness traveller.....now I know and
will be very careful when making another booking...
Everything.
