Location was fantastic, staff is extremely helpful and polite. Good english as well. The hotel is just fresh refurbished, and very very nice. Will stay there again.

The air conditioning was occassionally making a bit of noise. Hotel booked taxi for us which cost us about 10 euros more than hailing from the street. Beware.

The Hotel is close to the RoissyBus drop off point so getting there from CDG airport was easy. It is also close to a number of Metro stops so getting around was no problem - we chose to walk a lot and were glad of the ease of access to get back for a change before going out again. The hotel is clean and modern and the rooms small but comfortable. The staff were very helpful with good English.

No - a very positive experience. The room was small but this has been my experience with French hotel rooms. We had no view but we were there to see Paris, not spend time in the room. There are cheaper hotels available but we were happy with our choice.

the location was quite good - within walking distance of some major attractions (like the louvre) and very near the metro. Very easy to get around Paris from here.

The room we were originally given was a non smoking with no bath and a view of the back of the hotel.We had booked a smoking room and the man on reception was blunt and rude when I informed him of this.We did change to a smoking room on the 2nd day and it had a bigger bathroom with a bath and a view of the street.The hotel was in good location and the bed was very comfortable!

One member of staff was particularly arrogant and did not make much effort to make us feel welcome.Not much atmosphere within the hotel which I suppose as somewhere to lay your head in between sightseeing is fine but the hotel could make more effort in helping guests have a more pleasant stay.
