- the location is perfect; - the size of the room compared to other hotel rooms in Paris; - the small kitchen with tea kettle and fridge.

- the noise coming from other rooms; - the breakfast was the same every day (1 yougurt, tea/coffee/chocolate, 1 croissant, jam, honey, butter, 1 slice of cheese). For 12 euro per person one can do better.

Big room for the price, which even included a fridge and a small kitchenett. Very friendly staff!

The only negative thing I can say is that their breakfasts at 12 Euro per person is a bit expensive for what you get.

I love the location. Few minutes walk to Le Louvres, few minutes walk to Notre-Dame, few minutes walk from Les Halles, few minutes walk from all kind of small shops and pubs, very close to subway. Only 2 rooms per floor. We had 2 single beds and enough space for table and chair, a fridge.

The location was great. We were able to walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre in about 15 min. Lots of good restaurants nearby--and wonderful cafes. Charming neighborhood-shopping on the Rue de Rivoli and much more. Staff was friendly and available for questions. Very close to Metro station-less than 2 min. Perfect for tourist travel. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

The hotel is quite good, quite large rooms, continental breakfast, friendly persanal.

This hotel is in a great location not far from the Louvre and Notre Dame. There is also shopping, other sightseeing, and restaurants all around. It is also very close to the Metro and buses. Our room was basically an apartment which provided great space for the three of us. The kitchenette was also lovely because there is a grocery and a bakery nearby and we could have cafe and breakfast in our room every morning. Staying at this hotel was a really enjoyable experience.

Last night, they forgot to give the towels for bath. So at night, they gave us small towels, which We use to put On The floor, to deu our Body. Bed too small for a copule. Never come back.

Staff was excellent and very helpful.

There was no air conditioning in the room. Instead there was just a ventilator which does not help in +30C. Window nearly faces a very noisy Rivoli street, so if you open the window its impossible to sleep. The bathroom in our room was not clean enough.

book a taxi in the morning for 5.00AM thru the hotel receptionist (asian) then the next day no one from reception called us to inform us that the taxi is arrived, so when we get on to the taxi, the meter is already like 10 euro and the driver said I have been waiting for you for 10 mins and coincidentally the taxi driver also asian, sorry not being racism as I am also asian.

No way to have wifi and they had poor excuses.
