close to the metro good location overall. Free breakfast even though just tea/coffee and bread filled you up. Stored luggage free. Great for sleeping and shower. Great value for price if you just want a place to sleep. On top floor was very quiet sleeping!! Beds comfortable and very clean!.

Excellent location, very close to all the main touristic places. The hotel basic but also very clean, great for a budget traveller. Breakfast is included in the price and it is a great start for the day (baguette with butter and jam and a coffee with milk).
Location was excellent, only 15min walk from the Louvre and city centre;
a street full of good bars and restaurants was around the corner; good
price for Paris.

Was on the top floor, spacious room but only stairs no elevator. Got winded when climbing with suitcases! May want lower floors.

My room had all the water pipes going beside it so whenever someone used a toilet or shower in the floor above the sound of running water was very loud. You get use to it after a while, its just a little annoying. Try and get a room on the top floor :).
Are too many homeless on the streets and prostitution, but just the side opposite to the rex teatre.

Hotel room is very small.
The male receptionist was rude; the female receptionist was unable to
provide us with the wifi password promptly (we eventually got it but
only one device could use it); the stairs were all different heights so
walking on them was difficult; the staff interrupted us by calling our
room for a wake-up call and shuttle bus that wasn't ours.
No elevator, I had 76 steep steps to climb to my room. Breakfast is bare minimum, and eaten in a shabby reception area.
1. Noise from other rooms, 2. Worn out towels , 3. Awful blanket under which we had to sleep ( was full of long, dark hairs, cigarette holes, and probably 50 years old ) 4. Only French TV channels, 5. Poor breakfast - after 3 days we'd had enough to eat a baguette with poor quality jam ( 30 % fruits + sugar ), 6. Staff were OK but don't expect smiley faces or any offer to help you with your baggage.
Breakfast not explained thus we didn't get any.
