The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I have special diet issues and they even wrote a note that I could present at restaurants for me. The hotel had excellent access to the metro.

It was a quaint hotel with a great location. It is nestled behind the National Assembly, 3 minute walk to Musee D'Orsay and across the river from place de la concorde. Restaurants in the neighborhood were high qulaity and surprisingly not hugely expesnive. It felt very local there (not touristy). The hotel itself was very comfy and charming!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent behind the Parlament, Near from the Musée d´Orsay and la Concorde, you can walk to the Champs Elysées, the Louvre, and many other places. Saint Michel is also reachable, where you can find a lot of nice locations to eat and drink. But there also a several Metro and RER Stations in the near. Perfect.

The personal service, charming decoration and general very homelyatmosphere. The location is superb for the Left Bank of Paris

It lacked tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and there was nowine in the mini-bar, only champagne and spirits!!

It is a very good hotel . Just in the building that is situated quite tightly to the hotel they make reconstructions, and it disturbs a bit. All the rest is excellent.

The room was very nice, a classic parisian boudaire! It was clean, well presented and vrey comfortable.

It stated that there was a bar open?! We couldn't find it?! and when i asked the staff they stated it was closed and to make use of the mini bar in thwe room?! Not a bar by my accounts!

The location is great, the hotel staff irreproachable, very, very helpful and polite; the hotel is elegant and clean.

The hotel is in a nice, safe area and you can walk to all the major points of interest.

There are not a lot of good restaurants in the immediate area. More restaurants can be found by walking 8 to 10 blocks away from the hotel.

The service was superb. The reception personel were very friendly and spoke English fluently. The room we stayed in was very beautiful, spacious and charming (superior room).

Even if the room was small, it was nice and comfortable with necessaryamenities. I had a room facing the patio, and it was very quiet with nonoise from the street

Staff were very friendly although poor directions to a nearby restaurant cost us our table! otherwise staff were very accommodating. The room was very nice and spacious, the bathroom very clean and the facilities were modern

Extra services - EUR4.50 to iron a shirt is a bit rich. Just supply a board and iron for guest use!

Hotel was well situated close to Musee D'Orsay.. Good breakfast served. Free internet so long as you asked about it.

The hotel manager did not tell me about the AC is not working in the classic room, but he changed my room when I asked him manytimes and when I told him if the situation of AC is not same I will change the Hotel at all "and this was my right"

Mooie rustige omgeving. Een betje zakelijk en koel , maar wel een verademing in het drukke Parijs en een leuke bar met terras vlakbij

Foto's zijn mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Een beetje stoofig en verouderd. Hebben moeite gedaan om het wat p te frissen, maar de kamers blijven toch wat moeheid uitstralen.

The hotel is very central, right in the middle between Notre Dame,Eiffel tower and Champs Elyssée (2km walk to each though). It has someold-fashioned charme to it and thick carpets.

No parking available. No internet on the 1st day. Thereafter, 20 Europer day. Rooms on 1st floor only 2m high, reminded us a bit of floor 121/2 in "being John Malkovich". Workers on ladders staring right into ourbedroom on 3 consecutive days, drilling holes each morning. Receptionrefused to call a taxi. Breakfast poor, no tomatoes, eggs or cucumbers.Dead moth in shower not cleaned for 3 days.
