Fabulous kitsch and Quirky hotel Quintessential Parisienne decor Fabulous bathrooms Coffee facilities was a bonus Wifi was fast View from rooms on 5th floor rue Carnot side were stunning of both the Arc and Eiffel Tower One minute walk from the Etoile and 3 mins to Champs élysées Great dining all round you. Spanish night manager was both knowledgable and friendly. The hotel is well situated to visit all the major tourist attractions. The hotel was decorated in French chic style. Our room was beautiful. It was great to be able to make a cup of coffee in thenroom after a day of sightseeing. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely come and stay in this hotel again.

Yes the lift is small; but what do you want to do; have a party in it. Breakfast is pure continental, you're in France, that's what they do. Rooms are cleaned and tidied daily. The staff were extremely helpful and the location was excellent. The hotel is just steps away from the Metro which is easy to use and an inexpensive way to get around Paris. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and our room had a wonderful view of both the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful, they kept our luggage until the flight departure, Rooms are clean and antique looking similar to the reception area. The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to Airpot shuttles and Metro station. The location is the best ting of this hotel one block from the arc de trionfe and the champs elisee.Walking distance from tour Eiffel,Louvre musee.There is also one bus that can take you the airport for 17euros and lots of restaurants bars and pasticeries. The staff was very accommodating and helpful in getting me around the city. It fell over 3times last I fell backward I skined my arm pretty good told. Desk about it they emediatly replaced it. Cleaning staff knocking on the door the morning we were leaving to hurry us up We had till 12.00 to leave but they were knocking on the door from 10.00 onwards. The dark wardrobe cabinet. The attention of some member of the staff at the reception.They gave us a room,made us change because it was an error.The second room was extremely small and the bathroom had no plug so we asked for a chamge and they changed us again... Very small - decor needs uplifting. We booked an air conditioned room with double bed. We got a NON-AIRCONDITIONED room with an explaination that the air conditioning is switched off outside the "summer" months. The afternoon temperatures were quite high and humid which made room quite uncomfortable. Furthermore, the room contained a "twin bed" instead of double bed as booked. Rooms too cramped up, barely space to stand. Room - small and in need of repair. I didnot like the hotel at all.mansgement was very poor .while booking almost 10 days before travel I requested a outside view and I asked if it isnot possible inform me as soon as possible but when I arrived they didnot give me that room and next day they asked me extra money for room with out side view.that meme so upset.they didnot notice to my requrst.staff behavior wasnot proper and polit.i will never go to that hotel anymore. The staff behavior was very bad , and the room very small in addition all the hotel facillity old and not working properly , the lift was not working more than 3 days. Couldn't get wifi.
