Great location! Very friendly staff! It's only a 10 min walk away from Louvre and 20-25 min walk away from Notre Dame. Very close to not one, but two metro stations. Close to cafes, restaurants, fast food restaurants, pharmacies etc. It was very clean, and most important, it was quiet!

The rooms have funny doors. Quite heavy and hard to handle :)

The woman who was at the desk to greet me when I arrived, and there every day throughout my stay was Aurelle. She was wonderful, warm and welcoming. She was very helpful in encouraging me to navigate the Metro and she was quick to respond to anything I asked. She is a gem for the hotel.

The carpet in the room needs to be replaced--- stained and dirty.

This is a truly lovely budget hotel. At around €100 a night for a decent- sized room with a private bathroom and shower, this is a great deal for the location. We walked there from Gare du Nord; it's also very convenient to the Metro, and there's a bike-sharing (Velib') station just outside the front door. The staff is wonderful... Friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. We ended up needing to leave a day early, and there was no problem changing our reservation once we got there. Overall, this is a great place for budget travelers!

Only a couple of downsides; 1) there wasn't any air conditioning in our room. Leaving the window open provided plenty of breeze, but... 2) it can get quite loud in the room with the windows open. If possible, try to request a room facing away from the street (or on an upper floor... There's an elevator in the building) to minimize the noise.

At the beginning the price seemed to us too low regarding the other hotels we found - however it came out that we made a great deal, the location is perfect for people who want to discover the city and the crew was very kind and helpful. I truely recommend this hotel.

Location is great, just 5 mins walk to the metro station (which is near the city centre and has both 8 and 9 line passing by). There are lots of restaurants nearby ( if you are a Chinese, you will like the Chinese restaurant on the left side of the hotel). Staffs are friendly and helpful and there is a small lift in the hotel.

Instead of quilts ,they only provide blankets. The blankets are covered by sheets instead of duvet covers. The blankets are a little thin and feel not so comfortable. Something in the bed made my skin itch, but the kind staff changed our room after I reported that.

Friendly manager that has been there for more than 20 years. Good position, close to Metros. Comfortable rooms. Free Wifi.

Website, position really on border between good and bad parts of city - plan trips to and from hotel well and its of no concern.

location is great. 1 min walk to the closest metro, and there are two metro stations nearby, so several lines can be taken. and many restaurants nearby. the staffs are quite nice. also there is a post office in front of the hotel.

it looks a little bit unsafe around the area, some tramps and drunks appear unexpectedly, but nothing bad happened, or it's just paris. and the lift of the hotel is the smallest one i've ever seen.

None of parts was good except for the price, regarding the city, Paris.

I ran out of the hotel, even I had following day's reservation. I couldn't help but give up my money, since my mom and I couldn't stand for that kind of dusty, un-comfortable room. Carpet was unbelievably dirty with unknown dirts. All the equipments and facilities in room should be renovated immediately.
