Close to Gare du Nord train station, access everywhere. Very convenient, there are many shops, cafes, supermarkets near. I think the hotel locates safer (some area near the station is dangerous). The room was large enough. TV was clear. It's OK if you are a traveler who arrives late night or departs early morning. Very polite helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Wonderful value, especially for those on a shoe-string budget. Well located, close to Gare du Nord. Would stay again.

Facilities need to be upgraded: beds are sagging, toilet seat /lights broken, rugs look unkept. having to leave as enjoyed our stay so much. The bathroom was filthy and needed a good clean. The shower head was so gunned up with limescale that you didn't want to use it. They advertise breakfast for 5€ extra but they don't actually have it at the hotel. No problems. - Family room was a bit small. Young children were able to open windows. The rooms and bathroom were not at all clean. The beds were all totally knackered with great dips in the middle of all 3 of them. Along with the constant noise from the streets outside meant we didn't get much of a good nights sleep! However I have stayed in worse hotels in London and paid twice as much! VFM if you're thick skinned and just need somewhere to crash for the night. Outer bedding was not clean and a little old. Very cranky and tine lift. Run down, including broken lift. Was a little bit run down. Bathroom was very small, but for price probably okay. The bed spread and the carpet need to be replaced. looks dirty and old. Hotel need to be refreshed or renovate especially the room carpet. Lighting too dim. Whole hotel smelt of cigarette smoke(staff smoking just round corner from reception). Room smelt of stale smoke. Lift poor, need to upgraded. paris is a big city, if you chose this hotel you will walk, walk and walk. Hotel team almost doesnt speak english. If you dont speak french, be prepared to do some mimicry and gestures... facilities. The hotel is old and badly in need of redecoration and upgrading. The bedspreads were very stained, though the sheets were clean, and the bathroom, although small, was nicely tiled and reasonably clean. Your advert says the hotel provides breakfast - it doesn'T. Guests have to visit a cafe bar for breakfast - which is no problem. I would not recommend the hotel to friends. Desperately in need of renovation Curtains extremely dirty, with stains of probably blood; Dirty walls, with pieces of wood coming out the doors; the windows wouldn't close Extremely Noisy!! Appalling cleaning, mould all over the shower; wouldn't stay again, I rather spend another £50 per person. Dirty. not clean, needs painting, bathroom light did not work, shower worked but was held together by tape, towels were threadbear and grey from over useage, mattress was old and sagged in middle ( you get what you pay for but for 60 euros a night, it was not good). - Dirty - Not friendly staff (except the one of the first day) - Noisy. You can hear all the trafic at all times - Old. Needs LOTS of renovation. The main problem is that is VERY dirty. If it was old but clean it would have been OK. Room 41 brown and orange probably to hide the dirt. Bathroom light didn't work and the shower was disgraceful. It was dirty, the shower rail kept falling off and the rail itself was held together by cellotape as was the showerhead holder. The plastic double glazing was filthy. Will not be going here again.
