Spacious studio apartment of about 45 sq.mt located in Champs Elyseés, close to some of the most exclusive areas of Paris, and business stays, due to the very quick connection to the Defense and the city’s financial districts. The apartment is fitted with parquet flooring and has two windows with ample natural light. On entering you find the hallway; on the left is a closet, whilst on the right you find the bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and wc. Going up you find the day area, with a folding table for up to 4 people and the TV set. At the back of the room and on the right there are two comfortable sofa beds (140 cm) and an armchair. The kitchenette is fitted with two gas hobs, electric oven and fridge.
