Go to Saint-Nichel. i think that breakfest is too expensive. The room was rather noisy as it faced onto the street but with airconditioning turned on at night and windows closed, this wasn't aproblem. Great cafes nearby for breakfast.you could hear the footsteps from upstairs. we where not able to do a late check out without paying for an extra night.The lift was very small for taking up luggage. The regular breakfast time, 7:00 AM, is too late for those who want to catch early flight at CDG. Still a little noisy in the room I stayed, which faces the street. Also, the staff did not open the phone line, so that I could not call home using the room phone on the 1st day of my stay in the hotel.The bed was too used (covered from the centre!) and the wall papers unclean - but still good value for money. Free wireless internet should be everywhere nowadays, also in this hotel. The lift is very small - maximum two suitcases and one person. Not all rooms are renovated (mine wasn't) and they could use some.Bathroom had no heating and it was very very cold in there. Warning:Some people might not like the (very) small elevator. Recommend bringing or buying your own instant coffee, cream, tea, sugar... if you like to enjoy a cup from time to time... you can heat water in the room.There were a few little things that din't work: one lamp was broken and the roomnumber fell down a few times, which made a lot of noice. I also think that it would be very nice when the staff should be able to give more touristinformation. This isn't a hotel for hanging around in, but is fine for getting some sleep after a long day/evening seeing Paris. As such, it is maybe a little expensive, but for me, the advantages of location outweigh the disadvantages.The heating did not work, so we had to use the air con to make the room warm, which was fine but it completely dried the air and I got a sore throat. They didn't have an iron and ironing board. Breakfast poor value. Lack of tea/ coffee making facilities. Not all that big room , despite being labelled ' Superior '. Wardrobe space was limited. Noisy - had to have windows shut to avoid street noise ( ie: late night and early morning drunks ). Good location but it's NOT in the heart of the Latin Quarter as the description states. A little too far away from the action and maybe not ideal if you are walking back alone at night. The room was run down and badly stained walls and carpeting but for the price I did not expect perfection.Coffee sachets and milk in room too few, only for 2 persons. Breakfast charges too expensive. room a bit small. Air condioning did not worked well on the first two nights, thus we wereobliged to sleep with open windows which meant a lot of noise and 2nights with no rest. Then when we returned to Paris the day after, weslept in a Room that everything worked but ac still was not perfect. small rooms, dated decor, grubby carpet.no one would help you in there with your luggage and the hotel is not that clean. too expensive for what you get, and very noisy. The carpets in the rooms were filthy and there was black mold on the walls and the airconditioning vents. WiFi access did not work in rooms. Our TV did not work, even when we asked to have it fixed.

Our superior rooms are about 20 m2 in size and some of them boast a view of the Luxembourg Gardens. Some of them have queen size beds and double windows making them very bright. They have recently been redecorated in a very warm, contemporary style.

It is only possible to get extra beds/cots in a double superior room
