Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Bedrooms clean and beds comfortable. Considering it's position in a busy area, the bedrooms were very quiet.

Not really a criticism, more a suggestion: Ceylon or Darjeeling tea could be offered at breakfast. Earl Grey is not everyone's choice.

I booked a triple room, and I was a little apprehensive given how small Parisian hotel rooms can be, but our room (room 23 on the 5th floor) was enormous with a separate bedroom for the 3rd bed, and also a fold out couch that could have been used as a 4th bed. The location in the 6th arr. was also fantastic!

We were told the internet access at the computer was free, but we couldn't get it to work - perhaps more detailed instructions could be in order? The lift was tiny - it barely fitted my 6'5 brother, let alone our suitcases! But it wasn't the end of the world...

This hotel is owned by a wonderful family.The staff was very helpul and a great room service. We had a room with 10' ceiling, the bathrooms are beautiful. Great location just behind The 2Magots, Blvd St germain.The center of the left bank.You can walk anywhere from there, there is also the subway right there. Very convinient. Very good value. I will certainly stay there on my next trip.

This area is a fun place to be and not in a super touristy part of Paris

the style of the rooms

the noise from other guests next door, my friends in another room didn't have hair dryer, no coffee/tea making facilities in rooms or public area in the hotel

Location was excellent, room was spacious enough, hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Bath tub was rather small. Shower curtain was dirty with soap scum for first two days till they cleaned.

NIce location; close to interesting sites. Café Flore et Les deux Magots om de hoek.

Very bad shower. And we did not get the more expensive room for half of the price.Our room was very simple, without a view and almost the same price as we've paid. Really a pity.

Charming hotel. Great location

The waitress had a streaming cold! Yuk!! We had to cancel the breakfastand go elsewhere. This is basic hygine.

This hotel's room was not clean at all.There were insects in my room and I had to change my room in the middle of the night.The next day I woke up with one eye closed since the insect bit me from there
