the location, situated in the centre of Paris,the room was clean and the stuff very helpful. the location and the breakfast. The staff were warm and friendly with fluent english. Room was very clean with crisp white sheets. Flat screen tv with CNN channel in english. Breakfast offered a fair choice of continental options. Great location close to Metro station direct link from Charles de Gaulle airport.

It is situated very close to the center of the latin neighborhood. we stayed 4 night ,bed linen never replaced.Some of the furnishings were a little shabby (scorched lampshade, broken curtain tag) and the bedding was not dirty but looked well used. the room was quite small, but that's Paris!. In my room there was no booklet on available hotel services (phone, wifi, drinks) and their rates -- not even instructions on how to dial the lobby. For the records, in the hotel there is a pay wifi service with www.meteor-wifi.com (had i known, i might have selected a different hotel) whereas some other hotels in the area have free wifi access. First night had a double room that was rather small and stuffy. Some problems with peeling paint in the lavatory. Waste car stopped at six a clock every morning ( also on Sunday) in front of the hotel and woke you up with a noise of empty bottles and garbage processing.The bedroom decor needs to be improved. Breakfast was very limited in terms of choice. It is situated in a very small street, near a cinema, and the window doesn't have any kind of sight.
