good location + room-cleanliness, breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, Delicious croissants, Helpful staff. Front desk staff nice; relatively good location. Hotel is placed close by metro station, it is not very far from the historical centre if you walk from southern part of Paris, breakfast perfect. easy access to all the major monuments and attractions best value for money as regards location the room was small but clean the bathroom was a converted cupboard I think.
