This apartment is awesome! - About the outside: it truly is greatly located... Really close to so many things that we walked almost everywhere. Although it is in the center of the city, it is amazingly peaceful and quiet... - About the inside: it is tastefully decorated, bright, and if you are into technology, you will find all the great stuff you can possibly need (we were quite impressed with the international phone free!). - About the key holder: they are truly lovely people, very accommodat.
all reviews » Apartment is in the center of Paris ,10 minutes walking distance to Louvre, and very close to a lot of other attractions. Also, because we loved the Open tour bus, the station is just a few steps down the street. The apartment is beautiful, bright, and well equipped, very spacious with great bed and, most important, it has a good isolation from the noise outside. The girl that welcomed us was very warm and friendly. We loved it so much, we intend to come again!. Apartment clean and in a great location. Checkin easy. Good value for money. If you need a washing machine check to make sure your apt has one- ours didn't (small studio apt) and we were counting on one. The staff were really good about it and the cleaning lady kindly did a load for us while she was cleaning one of the bigger apartments. They were very accommodating. I am very happy because I have lived in this apartment in a great central location and special thanks to the person who was cooperation with me through contact me (Christina). She was the top of kindness, very helpful and I thank you from all my heart and I promise you that if I come to visit Paris again will You are the first my choices". Susie who checked us in was so friendly and helpful she made a real difference to our trip. Place was lovely and also very grateful that you wavered the cleaning fee because we only stayed one night. everything!!! It's perfect! the location is close to whatever you need when you're in holiday. it's spacious and equipped with whatever you need as you were in your own house. Super friendly crew. Clean, modern flat. Everything you can imagine is under walking distance. Great for both tour and business. Great location, ease of use of apartment, secure. Spacious, close to metro. The location is so convenient, close to restaurants and few steps from the subway. Located on a busy street but not so noisy at night. I enjoyed my stay it was a studio yet they have a lot of pictures of the group apartment online. It was great. rocation was perfect close to everywhere. It was cold in Paris... Not fitted for very small children: no bath-tub, sharp tables, loose cables. Also, kitchen: no real knives, some pans can't fit the induction panel. Other 99,9% of the apartment is perfect :). Apt smelled of paint- quite strong and we could even taste it in some of our drinks! Also construction going on in the building so we were woken up with workmen and electrical tools every morning during the week-no work on weekends... It was cold in Paris... Nothing!. Since this is located in heart of city, you need to expect little bit of noise such as metro and cars. Lack of common facilities - washing up liquid, tea towels, cleaning stuff - materials you cannot carry in a suitcase by flight. The staff did not respond to my calls timely, we were not given a fan that we asked for. We were locked out of the building in the middle of the night but no one took my calls to help. It was extremely frustrating. We paid 25 euro cleaning fees, but we didn't get any room service during our stay (towels weren't replaced) and the staff who checked us in asked us to throw the rubbish before we leave the apartment, which is unbelievable!!!. Not much you pay a separate fee for a cleaning service that should be included In the original bill from booking com. Anyway and a 300 euro deposit fee but you get that back if you don't mess up the apartment. It's a way to make more $$ if you Ask me. pay €50 extra for cleaning but they dont clean while u r staying:( at ur check out time u will see A cleaner. floor is made of wood it is noisy when u walk on it(every time!!!) mention there are bath tube and microwave actually theh dont have neither of them. no matter how many u r visiting they will give u only tiny soup, sampoo and body wash(looks likes 1-2time use only). some kitchen tool( water boiler) was damaged. no knife for kitchen!!.
