Location was good for being able to walk to many tourist sites.

The location is above cafe's and they are very very loud.

Good location, central to a lot of sights and transportation. Good water pressure and hot water supply, sometimes a concern in these places. Staff member greating us was very patient in waiting as we got stuck in Paris traffic.

Location - blessing and curse. Neon lights right outside thin curtains. Very noisy, especially around 5am when deliveries start arriving for restaurants below. Very tight stairs and a bit smelly from other flats/restaurants below.

The location was good but there was a good deal of street noise in the evening

I have photographic evidence of .... The poor state of the apartment. Worn couch cushion and dirty seat; worn-out chairs; nowhere for luggage; horrid smell from take-away below; no proper hanging space or drawers; lack of privacy curtains; no working light in entrance; cheap furniture; loose wires; cupboard doors not closing properly; lack of working fan or a.c.; large cupboard contains cleaners materials and door were propped up and useless; old roller blind brackets left in place.

This is a bad appartement and you need stay preocuped with the time you arrive to not spend more money. You need too reserve $300 in your credicard. I think that kind of acomodation did not offer by letsbookhotel.com
