  We stayed at Belle Epoque appartment. First of all, owners are very friendly and pleasent people. Appartment is renowated recently, well equiped, The house itself is located in a private yard with plenty of trees.There are still some works to do in exterior, but it does not spoil your feeling to be at a cozy and safe place. Location is very conven... what people say » ient (close to beach, supermarket, etc), especially for those travelling by car (no problem with parking. In the center it's a nightmare). Special tha - We liked this appartment very much. The owners are friendly and helpful. They gave us all of the information about the city, the transport,the shopping etc., they gave us maps and diffenrent booklets. Weliked also the location of the Villa, near to the beach, to some supermarkets, to the bus stations. Our appartment was fully equipped. Everything was comfortable. The next time we will stay here.

  Arrived at sunset and the view could not have been more beautiful. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was very efficient. We were spending our last night on the Cote d'Azur at La Maison du Semanaire and the setting and value could not have better served our needs. Stunning seaview from the window. Sea just 5 steps down... Perfect location, close to centre, but not busy. Bus # 30 goes straightly from SNCF gare. Comfortable twin rooms. Very nice and cozy restaurant, good breakfast for 9 euro. Recommended to all tourists, with or without children.

  After travelling around France and Italy for 3 weeks, it was a relief to find a top quality hotel at a very resonable price, more on par with the standards I have experienced aroung the world. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  The first impressions of the hotel was the receptionist whio was very pleasant and polite. She explained where we should go and see during our stay and pointed it all out on a map which she gave us. The room was spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel.   I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view of the entire city of Nice. And yet at the same time, they are near to... what people say » the hustle and bustle of everything in the heart of the city. The directrice and her staff were friendly and very helpful. Their information, advice, - A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town. The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus. If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.
