The friendly atmosphere and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I shared with friends was very large clean and comfortable.
The location is excellent for accessing beach and public transport.
We all had a fabulous time staying at home sweet home and we were able to access the kitchen for drinks at anytime day or night which was a good bonus.

The room cleaning
Breackfast very basic (bread & jam, juice/coffee/tea)
Difficult to share bathroom (better to go for the room with bath).
Totally mislead regarding no ensuite bathroom. I noted various rooms with "shared" bathroom but booked a quad room which did not say "shared" bathroom. It was shared! That might be for some travelers but not for me, ever.
