Magnificent view from our balcony. Excellent location. Very near to all local facilities ... essential as husband has difficulty walking. Helpful English speaking staff. Very clean. Altogether a brilliant hotel. Hotel is in the center of old city, and seaview is fanstastic. Rooms arenot large, but extra clean, comfortable and nice design. Hoghlyreccomended to all. Passing traffic is very noisy but the room was quiet at night when the double-glazed window was closed. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. It was cheap without feeling like a cheap hotel. This was only a minor point and shouldn't discourage anyone from using Hotel. The price of the breakfast was not included in the price of the room and at 15 Euros per person extra was too expensive. We ate out every morning. Quotes for rooms should include breakfast or the price should be reduced to encourage guests to eat there. There was only one lift and this was extremely slow and small, not quite sure how you would get in if you had large suitcases.The noise from the road. It was quite noisy with peoples talk and closing doors because of the thin wall.Rooms are quite sparce- no comfortable chair, bare walls. Other than that, lovely. The price of the privilege room was quite high. But worth it, though. Prices of breakfasts were too high as well. Ridiculously small elevator.There was one officious receptionist !. would have liked twin beds. Small room. Room very small for 2 people (ok for one), no Internet access in theroom. had one problem with leaking water. They should improve the showers so that water does not splash out. It can cause problems with leaking if the room above you is not careful about their showering. Check in time was quite late-2pm so we had to hang on to our luggage longer than we would have like. We also opted for the express check out as we had to leave early in the morning on the day of checking out.I was led tro believe that our payment would just be taken off my credit card I had supplied.But on the morning they made us go through the wholeprocess again-which made us late.no bar service and no refill of mini bar in room once used contents. the bar not being open in the evening for a drink whether it be a beer or a coffee. Bed a bit small. It was not that I didn't like but breakfast needs to be cheaper in orderto compete with street prices - coffee not warm. The cleanliness of the room was very good except the carpet in room 10was badly stained and very unappealing. The sound between rooms was notacceptable. We could hear the wake up alarm at 4 A.M. from the nextroom and it kept going off for about an hour so we did not have arestful night. On the Easter Sunday at 7:30 the breakfast buffet was still not fully prepared, although the hotel's brochures state that breakfast is served between 7:00 and 11:00. Also, more variations would be nice eg including tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, more fresh fruits.the fact that the "private beach" was extremely uncomfortable and staff were very unhelpful. Room is too simple, internet is free but has to use in Lobby, no hot water heater.

Groups (from 5 rooms): - If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. Except from July 1st to August 31, when 100% of the total stay will be charged.
