The personal - are perfect, I didnt have any problem with ask about directions and help with an information about city and surroundings. Good job guys! Thank you!. Room with balcony is a must. Had a standard room last day to store luggage and shower-OMG... Breakfast delivered to room so that you could sit on the balcony and enjoy. Just inbetween trainstation and promenade anglais. Free Wi-Fi. Helpfull staff -english speaking.

We had a balcony room which was great, we could sit out there and relax with some drinks and a nice view. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel is great value for money. Location is excellent - half way between the beach, the old city and the Nice Ville train station, rue Jean Medecin is within a stone's throw - good for day trips and stay. That there was a room available. nice location. No safetybox or minibar. Bathroom ok but needs a facelift. the bathroom was quite small. The walls are pretty thin. We were woken up in the middle of the night by some young drunks in the room next door. After putting up with the noise for about half an hour we went down to the front desk to inform the staff, but the man working at the time didnt seem to care. We ended up telling them to be quiet ourselves. Overall it is a pretty nice hotel, that is good value for money. Our shutter pulley was broken, and was not fixed before we departed so we could not enjoy the balcony. Not too large of a loss though, as the picture in the hotel's photo is much nicer than the actual view!. No plugs in bathroom and the air conditioning shuts off during the early morning. Walls were quite thin and we could hear going-ons in other rooms. Bathrooms could use shower curtains. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast not included. The walls were too thing so we could hear every noice in other rooms. Actually, we couldnt almast sleep well,because of the noice. N/a. A lot of street noise all night long. Ants in the bathroom. Rooms are a bit small, but fine just to sleep over & go. No extra mains outlet for charging mobile devices (though the staff is always ready to help - I have got the 3-way connector). There is not a buffet breakfast. Room was a bit cold. I got twin beds in double room (really useful for a single traveler, duh), no option to change, no notice from the hotel beforehand. Power sockets are an issue, quite strange in XXIst century. Got only two, both used up by room equipment already, nothing next to bed - on request staff member provided me an extension cord though. No minibar in the room or bar or lobby. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it is optional, so no problem. No uron! Bad shampoo, 1 socket. Rooms are very small. Room 304 has bad smell from air condition system even when it is off. A lthough we had booked superior room in June, when we arrived we were told the room was not available. We spent first night in a much smaller room and then had to change again. Before was better hotel and staff. no maintenance. Impossible shower. To short tube. No shower curtain. A lot of noise. The rooms facing the "garden" are actually facing a park across a noisy street. The Wifi signal worked fine with my laptop, but the iPhone did not even see the Wifi network. This hotel says is 3stars but have been in 1star hotel and feel way better, the hotel is not clean, the bathrooms, because we stay in two rooms, and both, smell horrible, they didn't clean them properly, plus you can hear e v e r y t h I n g next door, if you want an advise, do your homework, there are way better and cheaper hotels in Nice. Need to inform to clean the room, still they don't!! What a letdown!!. The room itself, smelly old furniture and yes french are committed smokers I noticed that. nothing special. Very old, rather dirty. Two stars at a stretch. Not recommend. The rooms are so old and dirty , hesitate to sleep there . Receptionist was so rude . Don't think to go there !!!.
