Great location right at seafront and the lovely Promenade des Anglais. Walking distance to services, shopping, restaurants and The Old Town In Nice. Staff profecional, efficient and friendly. Room clean and linen/towels lovely. Good breakfast. Access to private beach with sunbeds and parasols, bar and restaurants, exquisit view. We will definitely stay here again. - Anonymous
