Perfect location. Right in the center of the Old Port of Marseille with all the facilities nearby. Hotel quiet and room very comfortable with all the services. locality and service. Although we had an "annexe" room we had fantastic view over the old port. Fantastic views of the port!. Friendliness of staff, particularly the male person behind reception desk, unfortunately we failed to find out his name; quality, speed and cheerful delivery of breakfast available in room; Location of hotel and view from room (7th floor); surprisingly quiet, a real bonus.

The sea view is excellent !. The hotel was a little bit faded, but total renovation starting in September 08. Minor importance: Slightly faded decor; poorly designed shower curtain; difficulties connecting hotel internet. it's noisy outside, but that's to be expected - you get minstrel performances under your balcony for free!. Check in at 3pm. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive. Our annexe room did not have a view to the side street, only to the hotel inside hallway. Air conditioning didn't quite work. Only a very small place to hang clothes.Parking was a hike with all of the luggage, kids and dog. Our door lock was out of order, and they could not fix it (even they tried).Hotel is a bit faded , The corridors have a horrible smell of damp/sewage. a bit too noisy, because of the traffic,a very small and old elevator. the beds and pillows very uncomfortable. WiFi was promised, but did not work in our room.The shower toilet is too small !.
