I had checked almost all the hotels in Marseille in this price category before I made a choice. And I would confirm all of the previous feedback. I had studio for 2 persons. Very comfortable room-number with own kitchen (dish washing maschine included (!) but don`t forget to take with you some tabellets "3 in 1", because they give you only one), separated bath room with WC inside and really new staff. Not far away from metro station. The room is clean, comfortable and well-equipped (kettle, fridge, microwave oven, iron, etc. - see description on the site). Personnel is very friendly. First time at Hipark hotel network and impressed by it, going to stay by Hipark in future journeys. Extremely helpful and kind staff. I accidentally booked a prepaid room for a wrong time period, but the staff handled the error with letsbookhotel.com and got me a room with the original price. Very clean rooms and large bathroom. Very clean. Felt more like a hotel with a kitchen. They let us wait in the lounge with coffee for an hour while we was waiting for a friend to arrive. Nicely decorated apartment with almost everything you need in daily life. Supermarket could be easily find in the neighbourhood. The kebab shop nearby is good. I liked there is parking. The room had a double bed and a sofa bed, both of them were comfortable. Nespresso coffee on request at the reception (2EUR). For an apartment ensuite for four people for 2 nights it was only 171 euros. The staff was friendly everything was clean and 5 min walk from the metro. Great reception from the staff. Although in room there were 3 litter bins, none of them were emptied during the cleaning. There was no wifi in room, it was available only in the main hall (if you have a notebook and a proper cable then it's not a problem, because there is a wire internet in each room). No Wi-Fi at the room, only wired network (but it's not a problem if you use the only laptop). Not enough tabs for dishwashing machine. Not the cleanest room I've stayed in: the carpet on the room floor definitely could have used some cleaning. Hot water ran out after my partner had a shave and shower. Staff said it was due to the tank being small and did not know how long to heat - couple of hours or 7 hours!!. The hotel is on the opposite of a hospital which made it very difficult to find a parking space. Wifi is only available in the lobby. It is 4 metro stops from the city centre, the room could have been a bit larger, noise came in if I opened the window. Our room was close to abustle street but the noise wasn't too bad. better range of pillows - be good to have sport facilities - smallish rooms but thats central Paris. The wall paint was really dirty with mulitple stains! It felt weird. The carpet in the room was also dirty and stained. the bed is a sofa bed. location no restaurants near by shower was of a design that whilst looking good did not suit the purpose for which it was designed ie showering no horizontal adjustment on shower head which marred the entire hotel. The hotel is so convenient to the metro but it does not provide this information or directions on their website so we wasted 20 euro on a taxi from train station. No wifi in rooms with access only in foyer was inconvenient. Nothing. was ok. the room is not cleaned daily not very rich breakfast. Just one elevator for a 10 floors building. Not sufficient. Nothing. No wireless available in the room. Only cable. Point to improve. fercilities are broken down easily,shower water sprays out a lot. Wifi works only in the reception. My tv was broke and after checking that it is really not working - no one did nothing. Little cutlery while the rest of the kitchen was so neat!. they have too few staff for so many customers. The breakfast was very basic for 12euro. Certain staff showed very poor attitude and customer service. there was no big glass for bear. They have a strict check out policy!...if you dont check out at the time your told theyll throw u out! :p. WLAN (Wifi) is only available in the public area of the hotel. In hotel room there is only cable Internet (though cable will be provided free of charge). The carpet in Room 422 was VERY, VERY dirty and should be shampooed or cleaned!. internet wifi was only in the lobby and is really slow. Altough we reserveda roo with garage, we could not put our car in the garage because it not high enough for a SUV. All kettles are dirty they have a white salty substance inside. No wifi in rooms :(. Access to parking is on opposite side of hotel entrance with no intercom, the parking is not easy to access with no set down parking in front of the main hotel entrance to check in and collect access pass. Convertible couch was the main bed and the mattress was soft. Shower fitting is not practical as it sprays water onto the shelf where towels are stored and onto the bathroom floor. No wireless access in room. Location: the nearest metro stati on is 10 minutes walk from this hotel. Wi-fi. Having to use key cards everywhere, even in the elevators. The Internet situation was awful. No wifi in the rooms, bad wifi in the lobby, and you have to go to the front desk for the wifi cable. it was not clean and the stuff was not good.
