Staff was great, the two girls who did the shift were absolutely fantastic. They did not have much English but they were very helpful and wanted to understand me and there were no issues. Pleased for the free wifi access,. Clean welcoming rooms. Interconnecting family room was excellent for our purposes. Extra blankets / pillows made it very comfortable. Wifi worked well. The Ibis Avallon delivered everything as promised. It was in a place where I needed somewhere to spend the night.
