All staff of the hotel were kind. I left my passport as accident, but they called me and kept it well. They were very helpful for me to catch my late flight back to London.

The room overlooking the street was quite noisy since Rue Victor Hugo contains a lot of people traffic.

The gentleman who checked us in (not sure name, but it was approx 12:30-1pm afternoon of 2/12/08) provided superior customer service, over and above the norm and anyone else at the front desk; it is to my discredit that I did not obtain his name, as myself and 2 friends all were equally impressed by his concise, friendly, professional service. Unit (triple) was clean and plenty of room. The central location was great.

Really good value for the money. The hotel is ideally located just in the center of Presq'ile. The room was over expectation - more spacious than most other french hotel rooms for that price, very good bathroom and very good a/c (it was very hot during our stay in Lyon). Breakfast was OK - either better or worse than the standard fare.

The staff was very kind, the location of the hotel in the city center was great, the room very clean: the hotel had an absolutely excellent value for money.
The free wifi network requires login through a web browser and it did not work with my mobile handheld device: the use a WEP protection with a password given to hotel guests password would solve this kind of issue...

We found the central heating was too hot for us during the night. We were unable to turn it down to less than 16 degrees. we had difficulty in getting tea in the early evening. The gentleman on the desk was very helpful and tried his best to get us tea making facilities, but could only find mint or camomile tea and not the usual Indian tea (breakfast tea).but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay..
