Friendly, welcoming and informative staff. Excellent service. Clean, well-laid out and spacious room with desk and chair, bedside light and plenty of accessible sockets. Clean bathroom with hand soap and hairdryer supplied. Lovely, plentiful breakfast including coffee, tea, two fruit juices (apple and orange), mini croissants and pain au chocolat, baguette with a selection of jams, Nutella and honey. Free wifi. All information needed on keyring so no need to hold on to scraps of paper. A.
all reviews » Staff was friendly and helpful (gave us a map of the city and directed us to sites, restaurants and a laundromat), the bed was queen sized, clean crisp sheets and comfortable and the room was large and very clean. Parking cost was 5 E reasonable for off street parking. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Location very convenient -- we like to park the car and walk everywhere -- it's ideal for that. The staff is great! Very nice and helpful. The owner spent 20 minutes talking with us and showing us on the map everything we could do. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome. We stayed in a family room and the room was spacious, clean, very good mattresses, temperature was good (not too hot or stuffy), good location, Deserves much more than 2 stars hotel. Having arrived around 8 pm, all the parking was taken and my husband had to back the car out and find parking in the street after a very long trip. Not enough pillows, shower curtain clinging, floor of shower room flooded as curtain too short, view from window of dirty wall and litter. Wifi signal hopeless in Room 24. Only worked in reception and lounge. room wasnt cleaned one night breakfast wasnt great. The room was poor and not very clean also the no draws for clothing and no wardrobe, just a writing desk, the decor was basic but the bathroom was very boutique style but in poor condition and not very clean.Over all over priced compared to some hotels with better facilities for less money. Did not stay at hotel. Would not have felt safe walking in neighborhood. Have stayed at 7 letsbookhotel.com location in last two weeks and this did not meet our expectations. We looked and left. Hallways were dark. Hotel was clean but not inviting. Have 4 more weeks and hope you continue to provide excellence. This was the only disappointment.
