Modern and comfortable. Owner friendly and speaks fluent english (rather uncommon in France). Very good value for money.

Right near the Limoges station....50 - 100 metres walk & a lift for luggage !!
Good size room & bathroom.
Breakfast ok.
breakfast was mediocre and uninteresting. Eating areas dull. Apart from that, good standards, excellent value for money.
Slightly worried by latest check-in time in case of delayed train.
No complaint.
The bar was very limited and a bit seedy looking and closed far too
early. Just one chair in the room. No satellite tv Hotel should be rated
as two star for a more accurate reflection of facillitie available.
Not a nice area ! Quite a walk to Limoges centre. No nice cafes/ restaurants around. Very little English spoken so difficult to help....
