Everything. This hotel is absolutely perfect for families. Great size rooms, excellent facilities and dedicated staff. Our daughter had to go to hospital for treatment of Laringitis and the staff were very helpful indeed. Good breakfast in the morning, plenty of yoghurt, cheese, croissant etc. Modern but not stark, very comfortable bed, good sized room and excellent bathroom. Nice and quiet too. The kitchenette made it so much nicer. A perfect base for exploring Lille.
all reviews » very clean, and very spacious. There is a small kitchen, very convenient. Wifi is great. The environment around is great. there is a park nearby. quiet and nice place. The room just represents its name: "COZY". It's location is perfect, in front of the bus stop...quiet and near the ala campus resto and cafe. It's superb. Staff were brilliant and the children received a gift each. Parking was 10 Euro but well worth the security of the car park. excellent location, close to the various colleges in Lille clean and comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities. Very convenient for the bus into the city. Facilities in the room excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!. Room was nice & clean. Good wireless,. It is really close to the city centre. Proximitity to my daughters school. The old Lille, museums.... The location was very good, close to the centre of Lille and close to the zoo. Nice location in comparison to universities. Very simple & clean room. quite and comfort. flexibility. The location was great- close to university residence we were visiting. Close to old centre. Compact, well designed apartment. Wifi was a little shaky, but generally worked ok. Was free and included in room rate. Car park not well signposted. the heating is not very strong. i feel cold at night. none. Breakfast was over priced for what was on offer. We chose not to take the option. Had to move out after 2 days(we had reservations for 4) because the hotel unexpectedly had to close (reasons given were very vague). Unfortunately the lift was being renovated and out of action which was a bit inconvenient as we were on the second floor. Not applicable. It was not 100% clean and some things, inside the room, were about to fall (like the radiator). Stayed twice in 6 days. Left a large inflatable back support in room after first stay--not something anyone would steal or toss out with the sheets. I called the next day and was told that if they found it the guy checking me in on Friday would give it back to me. When I re arrived, no one knew anything about this lost and found issue and they couldn't find it. Really poor communication at several different junctures. Circulation in town is easily to be confused & some people stop at circulation at light to ask money. Breakfast was dissappointing. for 8EU I would have expected at least some eggsand ham. The sofa bed was dirty when we arrived and the receptionist was not very helpful. A bit overpriced for what is provided. Not close enough to downtown to justify it. No air conditioning. Slightly remote from city centre. oven did not work. very dusty under the beds, over light switches and at the top of the curtains!. Needs cleaning! The floors in the room were dirty- dust bunnies and grit and crumbs. I asked for a broom and they did not have one! They gave me a squeegee mop. The shower was also not clean. Sheets and towels were clean and changed daily.
