If you do not plan to spend a lot of time in hotel and have a car, this hotel is an excellent choice! It has a free parking and it is located right net to ski rental shop. Also it is only 15 minute drive away from Chamonix ski lifts. The facilities available in the hotel are quite limited (no pool or sauna) but if you only need the hotel to get a good rest after busy day on a mountain, this hotel will do that - the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Very near the main cabin lift Bellevue for Les Houches, 3 good restaurants and rent places for skis and boots. Bus stop to Chamonix also near, with free service for hotel guest in the area. I have stayed here many times, the hotel is excellent value for money and ideally situated for a winter sports holiday. The owners know us well and are always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is extra but very good value and sets you up perfiectly for the day. Cheap hotel with nice rooms. Good location for TMB start/end. Bus stop is 300 from the hotel. Walk distance to lifts, grocery store and restaurants. Good size room with balcony, good views, went off season so most places closed but found a restaurant near by and a super market. We found it quiet even though our room overlooked the main road. The rooms on the top floor at the rear must have good views. It is basic hotel at a basic price and so don't expect any frills. The corollary of this was that we were never troubled by noise from other guests. Very small and scarce room. breakfast. Woman at reception refused at breakfast for us. 'No possibillity' - she said and many other words in french. We needed breakfast very much cause of early transfer to airport. And she didn't want to help us anyway. We couldn't get even a hot water for baby. Personal didn't speak english AT ALL. And they speak french not caring whether you understand them or not. smelly reception scruffy reception scruffy staff just needs a little more care on presention. Very few comforts and too far from Chamonix. 40/45 euros in a taxi albeit there is a bus during the day. no warming ! cold at night ! no small pillow ! no any quilt just blanket on the bad. everyvvere dust ! you pay and you can not sleep really good !!!!.
