The service in general was good.

The hairdryer was out of order, and when I rang reception to ask for a replacement I was told I must come down and collect it. As I was naked with and dripping hair, I think that this was unreasonable. I had to wait some time for a staff member to bring it to my room. The airconditioning did not seem ot be functioning either.

the smell in the foyer, corridor. The room was non-smoking room, but smelt like an ashtray
