  We were travelling with our child and the hotel offered us an extra bed for him for free. We really appreciated this. It is clean, easy to find and in a great location. I stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed it because the bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean. It was safe to leave my stuff in the room and not to worry about it. The WCs and the showers are relatively clean. The breakfast is good. Location is great in terms of being close to the train station (makes getting in and out very easy), and nearby the train station there are also a lot of shops (like supermarket) and restaurants. (at least 20 min walk to all those) You can also take the tram alternatively. - Situated in the centre of Nice and within a couple of minutes walk of the main railway station, the hotel had a pretty Mediterranean courtyard garden. The rooms overlooked the garden and hence the hotel was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a relaxing atmosphere. The Promenade des Anglais is an easy 10 minute walk. Would stay there again.

  Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day.   Beautiful building 15 minutes from the promenade and 10 minutes from the station, very helpful staff who could not speak English which helped improve my French no end. A really charming hotel - Good hotel location.
