  The front desk staff are wonderful. The location of the hotel is great for walking in all directions of Paris. The rooms are not large but are functionable and very pretty. Not a typical Best Western hotel, thats why I chose it.   Steven was very helpful and friendly. The location was good with the metro very close. There are lots of restraunts within walking distance in the region f montparnase. Not all are open at weekends, but we don't have a problem finding places to eat or buy food. The apartment itself was a good size. There were towels and a hair dryer. The apartment was well located near a metro with supermarkets nearby. The area was very safe and the church clock which was mentioned in other reviews was not an issue at all. The nespresso coffee machine was a welcome inclusion.

  The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute! The location is also great, only short walking distance to the eiffel. - The interior design, the location in the lovely 7th arrondissement, the nice brasserie downstairs. All very charming and very "contemporary parisian" like anything else bearing the Costes name. High quality toiletries. Espresso machine in the room a very nice touch - by the way we were upgraded to a superior room which was of course much appreciated. Friendly and professional staff. Full marks, merci beaucoup!
