we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.

We stayed in Siam room - real Thailand in the heart of beautiful Nice.
Everything was charming. Owner and staff are very nice. The room is really small but the space is perfectly organized, equiped and designed with a lot of taste. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect.
I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!

Hotel is actually one floor in a building, but that's not bad at all. Room was clear,spacious and tidy. Perfect location, just one street away from the beach. Great wi fi connection and a mini laptop in the room. Walls were a bit thin and u can hear people walking in the corridor, but that's not a deal breaker.

Excellent location: near the beach, shops and the bus stop to the airport, right in the middle of the city centre. Good value for the money. There wasn't a minibar in the room as promised but there was a fridge in the hotel kitchen which we could use. Instead there was a kettle in the room. The staff was helpful and speaks English. 24/7 reception.

Friendly staff, excellent location (in between seafront & railway station), mini supermarket next door, few minutes from tram, restaurants & buses. Has a lift. Good value if you can get for approx €50 per night. We stayed 4 nights. 24hr reception is also a plus.
