The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful with ticket bookings etc. There was always someone at reception including late in the evening.
We were booked into a superior double but were upgraded into a junior suite so the room for our budget was great. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower which was an unexpected treat!

Verry calm - The price was right and our hotel room was very clean. The woman at thedesk helped us book a shuttle to the airport since we had to be at theairport before the metros started. Near Champ Elysee and Arc deTriomphe. Eiffel Tower is within walking distance. A minor metro line isvery close and a major metro line is only a bit further away.

The location is very good. Near many groceries stores, restaurants, subway station, etc. The apartment is well equipped, spacious with simple furniture but confortable for few days. The neighborhood is very safe and nice. Also it has the best way to the Eiffel Tower, via Trocadero. Perfect for 4 people. And I must say that the staff is very kind,

Rooms were very clean and staff was really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a silver teapot to make coffee in the room:) the location was great, you can walk along one of the most beautiful roads to go to Eiffel. It is located in one of the typical French cartiers, there are not much tourist around, you can feel the air of original French lifestyle.
