  everyone was more than happy to help me with the littlest things. the were genuine in trying to make my stay comfortable. they even found me an adapter so that i could plug in my laptop and when that one didnt fit they went and found me another. the breakfast was great in the morningas well. we extended our stay two additional days and will come... what people say » back here on our next trip as well as recomend this hotel to our friends and family. - This is a wonderful right bank location for young and old alike. On a side street it was convenient to the metro (Grand Boulevard) though we walked everywhere and felt very safe in a lively and fun neighborhood. Our room was chic and spotless. We loved the cozy beds and crisp duvets with great curtains so we could restore our jet lag and embark upon our sightseeing. The full breakfast was AMAZING.

Wi-Fi was free. Breakfast cost additional 8 euros per day per person, but it was tasty and cheap within the average cost of meal in Paris. There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after. It was close to the metro station (Place d'Italie).

I made a reservation for a studio, was upgradedto an appartment with the ame price, very nice to have a separate room,a nice bathroom, a kitchennette corner equipped with everything plus ... what people say » thecovers for like 6 persons,just great.. - All staff we met was very kind and spoke English very well.   The Duty staff were always friendly and helpful. What was particularly good was that the Single Rate was not too extortionate as is usual nowadays. Just hope I can rememebr how to book it again!   This hotel was in a good location, and price was cheap.Good location, friendly and efficent reception. I booked my room for 2 nights, but due to strike i have to extend my stay......they did it quite nicely without any problem. 24 hr. reception as well. - very well located, quiet street, nice and helpful staff
