They even have a first aid kit for us when my wife fell down when we were out and had to nurse her wound back at the hotel. Breakfast was generous.   Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de Paris.
