Great coffee in the morning, even super early. She knows the 5th really well and has excellent restaurant suggestions. The location is excellent for exploring the 5th and it is easy to get there via RER B or the metro. I felt at home and really enjoyed my 5 day stay there during November.

We are not useless, we were able to find our way about Paris comfortably so we only needed a room for sleep[ and a showerer, the Tim Hotel was perfect.   The hotels delivers exactly what it promises. The looks are amazing, ceiling like a night sky. Beds are sturdy and comfy, showers fit easily 2-3 people at once. Curtains are heavy and block any disturbance from the street. Wifi is free and works fine, staff is super nice, speaks English. Just pop open your champagne, forget about the outer world..... what people say » . and enjoy yourself. - Like a set out of Dr Who. Glowing showers, floating beds. Absolutely ridiculous. In a good way. I'm not sure you would want to stay there long term but for a short break it's great. The kids thought it was absolute heaven. And it was actually pretty cheap for hotels of a comparable standard in a similar location.
