Lovely hotel, very clean and modern, deluxe room a great size and third bed comfortable and ample size for my 6'2" tall son. Great location with easy access to Metro. As a single mum travelling with two teenagers, did not find the 'lively location' a problem at all, it added to the fun. No noise from other rooms or location during night. Staff

The Hotel was perfectly located, on the surprisingly quiet Rue Montparnasse, between the metro station and the RER for quick access into the City and to Gar du Nord. Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy.
Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue!
Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :)

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, the location was perfect for experiencing the nightlife in Monmatre, close to some great restaurants. The apartment was small but beautifully furnished and the owners were very welcoming.
