The Concierge was pleasant and humorous and also helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and in good taste. The breakfast was very nice and good value. The hotel was in walking distance of the Louvre and the Eiffel Tour. There were some good eating places nearby. It was good hotel for a city break and not too expensive. Very pleasant and peaceful with a feeling of a Family run business.

The room, which they upgraded at no cost, was quite large as was the bathroom. International newspapers to read along with your breakfast (not included but reasonable at 15 euros) and your morning was off to a great start. I'd definitely stay here again. There's a terrific restaurant next door as well called Cafe de l'esplanade.

  The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute! The location is also great, only short walking distance to the eiffel. - The interior design, the location in the lovely 7th arrondissement, the nice brasserie downstairs. All very charming and very "contemporary parisian" like anything else bearing the Costes name. High quality toiletries. Espresso machine in the room a very nice touch - by the way we were upgraded to a superior room which was of course much appreciated. Friendly and professional staff. Full marks, merci beaucoup!
