  The hotel itself was flawless. Rooms looked new, not worn down. Perfectly clean, comfortable, and all the amenities you can expect in this price range. The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is filled with restaurants and cafes (although, in Paris, this is usually the case), and it is reasonably close to the metro (5-7 mi... what people say » nutes at a brisk pace). Also very close to Sacré-Cœur, so ideal for tourism in general. - Hotel is new and everything is clean. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice. The location is great, near to metro 4 station and Basilica. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, post office, cafes, bakeries. - Loved the hospitality of the front staff! Loved how close to Gare du Nord it was (2 stops on metro), room was clean, pillows and bed were soooo comfortable!!! They kept our luggage for us when we checked out! Great stay!

  very close to metro. very quiet street in the evening, but not very quiet during the day because the kindergarden is nearby. But it doesn't bother us because we spent the whole days walking in the city. Very nice owner - he was always ready to help us with all the questions we had about Paris, advised us a marvelous restaurant and so on.   We arrived at 10pm and the manager met us and was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro, there were a couple of supermarkets very close and other food shops and restaurants a few minutes away. The kitchen had 2 hotplates, microwave and equipment to cook full meals. We really enjoyed our 5 nights the... what people say » re. It is an easy walk to the Seine River and lots of the major attractions - Firts I will start with the friendly welcoming from the host. Then the apartment had everything, absolutely everything that we need for our stay and the location was great as we had the main metro lines within a walking distance. The neighbourhood was quiet and we had food stores around us, it was just perfect.I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

  The studio apartment was a good size, well equipped, tastefully decorated with quality fittings and the bed was very comfortable. It is located a 20 minute walking distance to Note Dam and other main attractions. There are supermarkets and many restaurants close by. The WiFi worked well and was fast.
