  The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute! The location is also great, only short walking distance to the eiffel. - The interior design, the location in the lovely 7th arrondissement, the nice brasserie downstairs. All very charming and very "contemporary parisian" like anything else bearing the Costes name. High quality toiletries. Espresso machine in the room a very nice touch - by the way we were upgraded to a superior room which was of course much appreciated. Friendly and professional staff. Full marks, merci beaucoup!

  The staff were so helpful! Whatever we needed or wherever we needed to go, they directed us to the right place. Very close to the underground train and buses. Grocery stores, ATM's near by. Restaurants for all taste. Some good, and some bad. But, you good not do better with the staff. They made the stay very nice. This is not a luxury hote... what people say » l. Just a step up from a Hostel. But, very clean. Very small elevator, only fits two people. But not a problem. No air conditioner in rooms, so m - Picked this hotel by reading reviews and didn't regret a second. Excellent location - metro is only 3 min walk, lots of shops around, pharmacy and lots of fruit counters. Were returning back to hotel around 11-12 in the evening and didn't spot a single weirdo. The room was spotless and warm every single day. Bathroom and toilet are very clean with the towels changed every day. Staff was amazing from the minute we entered the hotel and was always there for us with the big smile. From now on won'
